OWC2020 (On-Wiki Communication) is an outcome of the Talk Pages Consultation, which began in February 2019 with the intention of creating tools to improve wiki communication.

Phase 0 of the Talk Pages Consultation consisted of the planning of the project process of seeking community input.

Phase 1 focused on collecting input from the community as well as conducting a comparative analysis to understand the current wiki communication challenges and potential opportunities.

As the Phase 2 report is being developed, the Editing-team is transitioning to project owners of this effort. A first step in this transition from the exploratory stage to project definition is standing up the creation of this task to track our team's work.
