@waldyrious hello! I'm looking at the backlog of tools needing maintainers in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/view/2952/ and found this.
I don't know what the original tool did, but given that there is since a well-established query builder at https://query.wikidata.org/, I am not sure it is still worth trying to resurrect the old tool just for the sake of providing input for UX research (but maybe it had great design ideas…).
Given that you removed your assignment, I would be inclined to close this task, no?

I can't reproduce this any more after Nikki's fix from last year was merged. Please reopen if I'm mistaken.

Unlike BlockedExternalDomains in its current shape, SpamBlacklist checks edit summaries for spam, too (T15599#173812, code snippet: T296102#9534553).

The MediaViewer could be improved by having the link in the lightbox go directly to the section anchor for the licensing section, giving users more direct access to the information.

@Spinster, Also I am not sure you are aware but {{Information}} template is fully compatible with SDC since 2018. What that means is that if you have standard SDC properties set up, than you can remove all the wikitext from {{Information}} template. See for example File:OpenRefine Commons editing - wikitext data extension.png file, where I removed all the wikitext from the template and it is pulled from SDC. That is the infobox used by 85M files. See Template:Information documentation (SDC was mentioned there but I just added examples).
