I just released toolforge_i18n 0.1.0, the first version without a “please don’t use this yet :)” disclaimer \o/

The library is making good progress; the biggest TODO left is better documentation, which I’ll work on a bit during the Wikimania 2024 hackathon. (Edit: Current work-in-progress can be found in the docs branch.)
