Description

Background

We want to enable temporary accounts on beta metawiki, in order to allow user testing.

We deployed to all beta cluster projects apart from en-rtl in T377262: Turn on Temporary Accounts on beta cluster projects.

In T376132: Set known flag for temporary accounts config on metawiki, we made temp accounts known on production metawiki, and our specific config overrides cause temp accounts to become disabled on beta metawiki.

Acceptance criteria

Enable temporary accounts again on beta metawiki

Technical note: we'll need to explicitly set wmgEnableIPMasking true and wmgDisableIPMasking false on InitialiseSettings-labs to avoid these values being overridden by InitialiseSettings.
