This task will track the racking, setup, and OS installation of frnetmon1002, pay-lb1001, pay-lb1002

Hostnames: frnetmon1002, pay-lb1001, pay-lb1002
Racking Proposal: eqiad frack
Networking Setup:
- all servers: one interface connected to each frack switch for port bonding
- frnetmon1002: ports assigned to frack-administration VLAN
- pay-lb1001: ports assigned to frack-payments VLAN
- pay-lb1002: ports assigned to frack-payments VLAN
Partitioning/Raid: fr-tech-ops will handle RAID setup
OS Distro: fr-tech-ops will handle OS setup

frnetmon1002:
- Receive in system on procurement task T368969 & in Coupa
- Rack system with proposed racking plan (see above) & update Netbox (include all system info plus location, state of planned)
- Run the Provision a server's network attributes Netbox script - Note that you must run the DNS and Provision cookbook after completing this step
- Immediately run the sre.dns.netbox cookbook
- Immediately run the sre.hosts.provision cookbook
- Run the sre.hardware.upgrade-firmware cookbook
- Update the operations/puppet repo - this should include updates to preseed.yaml, and site.pp with roles defined by service group: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/SRE/Dc-operations
- Run the sre.hosts.reimage cookbook
pay-lb1002:
