Prior to Edit Check being made available to newcomers at ja.wiki and vi.wiki, it's important that the user experience be translated into Japanese and Vietnamese.

This can be closed once the translations have reached the two wikis (and rode the train).
This ticket being closed is blocked on us verifying https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/VisualEditor/+/964553 successfully makes it so the Continue button on the "Decline" form is translatable.
