(1) Yes, both in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome (latest versions). I see it rotated and stretched when I'm signed-in. If I sign out of my Wiki account, the image is displayed fine. This happens only on this Wikipage and this specific image and I do not have any problems with any other images/pages. I also want to add that I have not made any changes to my Wiki preferences, monitor resolution, system settings, etc.

Hi,
I reproduced the problem in persian and english wikipedia, it seems that in both cases module:infoboximage rotates the image for certain image sizes. I don't know if it is a problem at all, anyway I'm reporting it here:

@Folklore: User scripts, gadgets, templates, custom CSS are local on-wiki content. Local content is managed independently on each wiki, by each wiki community themselves. Phabricator is mostly used for MediaWiki, MediaWiki extensions, or server configuration, or by developers and teams to organize what they plan to work on. This needs either fixing on the local wiki, or in the image file itself, or in browser code. Hence I closed this task here - thanks for your understanding.

It seems the file below 200px thumbnail has this issue:
