nbclassic is currently stuck on 0.3.7, a move to 0.4.0 results in a 404 error on container start. Might be something to do with it redirecting to /tree rather than /lab
upgrading to 0.4.3 gets jupyterlab working, but the openrefine tile vanishes. Will appear if using nb_serverproxy_openrefine, though gives 500.

Looks like our current method of starting (jupyter_notebook_config.py) doesn't seem to start on newer nbclassic. Using method in https://github.com/OpenRefine/OpenRefine/wiki/Jupyter does seem to get openrefine started, but the tile is not present, attempting to go directly to /openrefine gives a 404, this happens in the working, older, version as well. Suggesting that there is additional magic happening in the tile redirect.
