Behavior

1. Enable the New Discussion Tool at a wiki, like cs.wiki, where the tool is available as a Beta Feature or as an opt-out setting
2. Visit a page where the the InputBox extension is being used: https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diskuse_s_wikipedistou:PPelberg_(WMF)
3. Type some text into the Subject field
4. Click the New section button
5. ✅ Notice the New Discussion Tool opens with the contents of what you wrote in Step 3. in the tool's Title field
