Currently 3 interwiki codes are used for OTRS in https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Interwiki_map

OTRS 	    https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketID=$1
OTRSwiki    https://otrs-wiki.wikimedia.org/wiki/$1
Ticket 	    https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketNumber=$1

Old links should not break, so I suggest

Add new interwiki codes
Change existing to the new URLs
