We have changed our main page templates to use CSS media queries, and no longer need the special case. Thank you in advance.

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean. A vote from the community on this? As the appearance of the main page was not altered, and this was a purely technical change, we didn't think one was needed.
Is one needed? Most contributors who edit the templates were involved in this, and so presumably approve, and we were careful to ensure there is no change from the perspective of other contributors or readers.
We usually need it per https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requesting_wiki_configuration_changes
But, in this case, I want to @Aklapper or anyone from Web-Team-Backlog say is it needed or no becuase I am not sure.
Ah, I see. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Mobile_Gateway/Mobile_homepage_formatting#What_can_I_do_to_fix_this? didn't say one was needed.
Change 492430 had a related patch set uploaded (by Zoranzoki21; owner: Zoranzoki21):
[operations/mediawiki-config@master] Remove enwikivoyage from mobilemainpagelegacy.dblist per T216863
Ok, I scheduled this for Monday deployment in Morning SWAT between 19 and 20 hours per UTC timezone.
Change 492430 merged by jenkins-bot:
[operations/mediawiki-config@master] Disable MFSpecialCaseMainPage for enwikivoyage
LGTM!
I've verified that https://en.m.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Main_Page is still working.
