Transition failed, afaik

Proposing to decline this "tracking task". This task has one open subtask; tasks could also be found by searching for "unicode" or "utf-8", and we already have the tags I18n and MediaWiki-Internationalization. If there are use cases why someone would specifically like to get notifications about (sub)tasks which are about Unicode but not about i18n issues, please share them! Thanks.
