At UQ, we’re passionate about partnering with organisations that align with our goals: transforming lives through lifelong learning, supporting impactful research initiatives, and enriching the Queensland community.

Sponsorship criteria

UQ sponsors organisations through partnerships that:

  • align with our values, overall direction, and strategic priorities
  • meet UQ’s definition of a sponsorship or brand partnership. 

UQ may also provide conference sponsorship, generally less than $15,000, where the conference supports a UQ research focus or study area.

Brisbane Writers Festival

UQ is an honoured major partner of the Brisbane Writer’s Festival, celebrating the importance of curiosity, creativity and literature as well as a supporting partner of Word Play.
