Tony Harnell (født 1962) er en amerikansk vokalist, mest kjent for sitt arbeid som vokalist i det norske hardrock-bandet TNT.

I tiden han var med i TNT hadde han flere sideprosjekt. Harnell forlot TNT i 2006, og har siden satset på en solokarriere.

I 2013 ble Harnell igjen fast medlem i TNT og bandet jobbet med nytt materiale, inntil Harnell i 2015 igjen forlot TNT. 22. mai 2016 annonserte Harnell på sin Facebook-side at han var tilbake i TNT, men slutta igjen i september 2017 for å stable sammen en ny utgave av Starbreaker og ble erstattet av Baol Bardot Bulsara.^{[trenger referanse]}
