Ei-ichi Negishi

Ei-ichi Negishi (japaansch: 根岸 栄一, Negishi Eiichi; * 14. Juli 1935 in Changchun, China (dormols Mandschukuo); † 6. Juni 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana[1]) weer en japaansch Chemiker, de för de Negishi-Kupplung den Nobelpries för Chemie 2010 kreegen hett.

Negishi lehr siet 1979 an de Purdue University. Sien Hööftarbeitsrebeeden weern de palladium- oder nickelkatalysierte Kupplungsreaktionen as de na hüm nömmt Negishi-Kupplung, as ok Carbometallierungen vun Alkenen un Alkinen.[2]

Negeshi kreeg den B.S. 1958 an de Universität von Tokio un den Doktertitel (Ph.D,) an de University of Pennsylvania 1963. Van 1966 bit 1972 weer he Postdoctoral Fellow and Assistant.
