Sophia Anna Bush (lahir 8 Julai 1982) ialah seorang pelakon, aktivis, pengarah dan penerbit Amerika Syarikat.^[2] Beliau berlakon sebagai Brooke Davis dalam siri drama The WB/CW One Tree Hill (2003–2012). Beliau juga berlakon sebagai Det. Erin Lindsay siri drama kepolisan NBC Chicago P.D. (2014–2017).
