Program Manager, Wiki Education Foundation
Our team gets to work with people who pursue knowledge, either through Wikipedia or higher education. We bring these two groups of people together to form quite the advocacy group for lifelong learning.

About me

I am currently a displaced Southerner who falls more in love with the Peach State every time I leave it. When I'm unreachable, I'm likely trying to track down a TV that will air the Atlanta Braves out here in San Francisco. Though I've never been a fan of the term, I suppose I'm quite the "people-person", which might be why I tend to gravitate toward positions where I get to work closely with volunteers. What better people could I interact with on a daily basis?

My work

I worked with volunteers to coordinate the Wikipedia Education Program in the US and Canada. I provide support to recruit new professors and ambassadors, mentor ambassadors, and help plan the future of the program. Currently, I'm working with the rest of my team and volunteers to make the program more volunteer-driven. I get to work with awesome professors and Wikipedians every single day!
