Sagitta temporis
Sagitta temporis est metaphora ab Arthuro Stanley Eddington, astronomo Britannico, anno 1927 excogitata quae cursum unius viae vel asymmetriam temporis implicat. Hic cursus, qui secundum Eddington determinari potest, per ordinationem atomorum, molecularum, et corporum investigandam, in tabula mundi ("solidus chartae stipes"[1]) ex quattuor dimensionibus relativisticis inscribi potest.[2]
Rationes physicae gradus microscopici putantur aut omnino aut plerumque symmetricae ad tempus referentes: si cursus temporis se inverteret, dicta rationalia quae eos describunt vera manerent, sed gradu macroscopico haec dicta nil ad rem saepe pertinent, quia tempori est fluxus apertus.
