Proteinum Spontaneae Humanae Combustionis transformans 1 sive SHC1 est proteinum cum apoptose velut resistentia advervus certa medicamenta nexum. Videtur quoque, ut polymorphismus compositionis geni proteini ad longevitatem humanam referat^[1]. Genum SHC1 chromosomate 1 locatum est. Notae sunt isoformae tres: p66SHC (isoforma longissima 66 kDa), p52SHC and p46SHC. Superexpressio geni carcinogenesem, mitogenesem cancri, metastasem augeat^[2].
