Abstract
Резюме: Религиозната толерантност е позитивният израз на забраната за дискриминация въз основа на дискриминационния признак „религия”. Религиозната толерантност може да се разглежда като един от характерните белези на съвременните демократична държава и демократично общество. Тя е необходима във всички сфери на обществения живот, в т.ч. и на трудовите отношения. Затова трудовото право и антидискриминационното законодателство отчитат и дават съответната позитивно-правна уредба на забраната за дискриминация и осигуряване на религиозна толерантност в обществото. Предмет на научното изследване е съотношението между конституционно установеното право на вероизповедание и забраната за дискриминация в трудовите отношения.
