Abstract
РЕЗЮМЕ: В настоящото изследване не се обсъждат в детайли всички уредени в действащото трудово законодателство правомощия на работодателя при престой в неговото предприятие. Те са били предмет на научно изследване и анализ в българската трудовоправна наука и съдебната практика. Предмет на анализ ще бъде само един отделен аспект на тази проблематика – отговорът на въпроса може ли работодателят да предложи на работниците или служителите да ползват неплатен отпуск по чл. 160, ал. 1 КТ в случай на престой (спиране на работата) в предприятието му? Поводът за повдигането му е, че в трудовоправната литература и в съдебната практика се застъпва становището за допустимостта на такова правомощие на работодателя при възникнал престой в предприятието му.
