Abstract
L'arrêt Post Danmark de la Cour de Justice, répondant à une question préjudicielle de la Cour Suprême danoise quant à l'interprétation de l'article 102 (Post Danmark AS / Konkurrencerådet, aff. C-209/10, 27 mars 2012), marque de nettes inflexions dans l'appropriation par la Cour de l'approche dite plus économique, impulsée par la Commission, ou pour être plus précis, dans la conciliation de celle-ci avec sa pratique décisionnelle. Il s'agit dans cet article de s'attacher plus particulièrement à la question de l'utilisation du test du concurrent aussi efficace.
