Bienes y servicios públicos sociales en la zona rural de Colombia: brechas y políticas públicas

Abstract
El propósito central que anima este trabajo es lograr la inclusión de pobladores y territorios rurales de Colombia en una dinámica y con unas reglas que logren que la nación asegure para sus territorios rurales que sus habitantes tengan los mismos derechos sociales que el conjunto de la población nacional. Una versión preliminar fue presentada al Consejo Directivo de la Misión para la Transformación del Campo y se benefició de sus comentarios. El documento se desarrolla con los siguientes contenidos: i) Orientaciones estratégicas de la política de desarrollo social rural; ii) condiciones sociales sectoriales con metas y principales elementos de política pública; iii) políticas y estrategias transversales.
