Abstract
[Einführung ...] Die Arbeit ist nun wie folgt aufgebaut: Im Kapitel 2 werden die zugrunde liegenden Daten vorgestellt, anhand derer die Funktionsweise und die Leistungsfähigkeit des Modells demonstriert werden soll. Sie basieren auf einem fiktiven Pflegedienst in Dresden. Mit diesen Instanzen wird eine Sensitivitätsanalyse durchgeführt. Die dabei ermittelten Ergebnisse werden im Kapitel 3 analysiert und interpretiert. Diese Untersuchungen sollen auf mögliche Verbesserungspotenziale hinsichtlich des Modells, aber auch bezüglich möglicher praktischer Implikationen hinweisen. Das Kapitel 4 fasst noch einmal die gewonnenen Ergebnisse und Erkenntnisse zusammen und liefert einen Ausblick auf mögliche weitere Forschungsfelder.
