Abstract
Die Study beschreibt die Langzeiteffekte des reformierten Entgeltrahmenabkommens (ERA) in der Metall- und Elektroindustrie Baden-Württembergs. In Baden-Württemberg waren die Eingriffe von ERA besonders tief, die Konflikte heftiger als anderswo und die Veränderungen weitreichender. Welche Folgen hat dies für das tarifliche Regelungswerk, die Umgangsweisen der Betriebsparteien, die Wirkungen und die Bewertungen durch die Tarif- und Betriebsparteien?
