The interrelationship between the specifics of the personnel strategy implementation and various threats to the company effective development

Abstract
This article reflects the part of final conclusions upon the author’s research aimed at identifying prioritized professional threats, coming from the personnel, for different types of personnel strategies for the company's development namely, the threats related to the level of openness to the outside environment and the level of senior managers' influence on the human resources management system. As the author's research has shown, the priority of many threats coming from the company's personnel will be ranged according to the type of the personnel strategy that is advisable to take into account while improving the security system. Also, upon the research results, the author has developed methodic recommendations for the personnel strategy improvement and reinforcement of the human resources management system in the company as well as has shown them on the example of the people's strategy for the Plekhanov RSUE.
