Abstract
As praticas de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa praticadas pelas empresas assumem um papel crescente, sendo que dar a conhecer essas mesmas praticas, interna e externamente, e fundamental. Atraves de um estudo de caso, depois de selecionar uma empresa com um vasto programa de praticas de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa que abrangem diferentes areas, pretende-se analisar as percecoes dos trabalhadores sobre (i) o conhecimento do conceito de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa e (ii) o conhecimento das praticas de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa. Como resultado desta analise pretende-se reunir um conjunto de boas praticas da empresa e indicar potencias melhorias no ambito da Responsabilidade Social Corporativa. As principais conclusoes fazem sobressair algumas dimensoes, como tempo de servico na empresa, grau de formacao ou funcao desempenhada, como influenciadoras da percecao de cada um sobre o conceito e as praticas de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa. De um modo geral os trabalhadores conhecem e caracterizam as praticas de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa, destacando alguns programas mais mediaticos, pelo que podemos concluir que a constante aposta da empresa na cultura e nas artes, como pratica de Responsabilidade Social Corporativa visivel e mediatizada, e reconhecida pelos seus colaboradores e tambem pelo publico no geral.
