Abstract
The text is the transcript of a lecture given on 12 May 1973 by Claudio Napoleoni, as part of a course on Economic and financial policy at the University of Turin. The lecture, edited by Riccardo Bellofiore, concerns Baran and Sweezy’s Monopoly Capital and its relation to Marx’s theory of value.
