Abstract
A gyermeknevelés és a nyugdíjrendszer összekapcsolásának örvendetesen növekvő magyar nyelvű irodalmában nemigen történik hivatkozás Augusztinovics Máriára, aki először vetette fel az egész emberi életpálya összetett finanszírozásának a problémáját és javasolt megoldásokat, nagyjából egy időben Demény Pál úttörő javaslatával, akit a nyugdíj és a gyermeknevelés összekötése első felvetőjének szokás tekinteni. Bár Augusztinovics alapvetően külön rendszerben gondolta el a nyugdíj és a gyermeknevelés finanszírozását, de úttörő abban, hogy ez utóbbi problémáját felvetette, és kereste rá a megoldásokat. Végső javaslata pedig nagyon közel került a nyugdíj és a gyermeknevelés összekötésének legösszetettebb megközelítéséhez, az emberitőke-alapú nyugdíjrendszer koncepciójához, de jelentős pontokon el is tér attól. A tanulmányban megpróbáljuk részletesen elemezni a kétféle megközelítés hasonlóságait és különbségeit (szükségszerűen leegyszerűsítő, de az összehasonlítást megkönnyítő) ábrákkal szemléltetve.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: H55, J11, J18.
