Abstract
The study aims to investigate how risk factor and partner flexibility affect a firm's creativity, value co-creation, and business economic performance in an emerging market. The PLS-SEM technique was used to process and analyse a dataset of 385 valid cases from property owners, CEOs, vice directors, management broad assistants, and heads of departments of Vietnam companies. The empirical results show that firm's creativity and value co-creation significantly mediate the relation between risk factor and partner's flexibility with business economic performance. This study also contributes to the existing body of knowledge in the field of supply chain management and offers practical insights for managerial applications. The study's limitations will also be explained.
