Assessment of Value of Natural Resources of Territorial Economic Systems of Ukraine

Abstract
The features of value of natural resources in various regions of Ukraine are considered and their comparative analysis is carried out. Conclusions are drawn on imperfection of the management system of natural resources of Ukraine, and it leads to considerable financiallyeconomic losses. It is offered to strengthen process of capitalization of natural resources in territorial economic systems of Ukraine. It is suggested to perform recommendations by using innovative elements of the financial mechanism of capitalization of natural resources, with entering into the stock market, application of the exchange funds specializing on natural resources, etc. It is also necessary to pay particular attention to cooperation between the state and private structures. To enter the world economic system on acceptable conditions, to provide positioning of the domestic companies in the global markets, Ukraine needs to correspond the process of economic evolution, including from the point of view of the cost of the national capital.
