Fiskalföderalismus in Deutschland: Probleme und Reformbedarf am Beispiel der Finanzbeziehungen zwischen Bund und Ländern

Abstract
In einem ersten Abschnitt werden die zentralen Themen der wissenschaftlichen Diskussion im Bereich der ökonomischen Föderalismusforschung in einer selektiven und knappen Übersicht dargestellt. Am Beispiel der Mischfinanzierungstatbestände werden die finanzwirtschaftlichen Beziehungen zwischen dem Bund und den Ländern beleuchtet, wobei dieser Bereich insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der jüngsten Debatte um den Abbau von Mischfinanzierungen von erheblicher Relevanz ist.
