El problema empresarial en la Teoría Económica

Abstract
Resumen Este artículo plantea una visión crítica, desde la perspectiva de la economía evolutiva de la innovación, acerca de la forma como la teoría económica ha venido tratando el tema de la Empresa a partir de las formulaciones marshallianas (neoclásicas). Aspectos fundamentales del desarrollo de las mismas, examinados desde los cambios profundos en la organización y la nueva dirección empresarial, hacen aparecer elementos de una mayor complejidad que limitan seriamente la concepción de la microeconomía tradicional e, incluso, la de nuevo cuno. Por lo tanto, el artículo invita a la apertura de un debate interesante sobre tema tan importante para el desarrollo sólido de la teoría, en los cambiantes tiempos que corren en la economía internacional.
