Determinantes de la inversión en innovación en el sector de Bogotá:estimaciones econométricas a nivel de la firma

Abstract
En este trabajo se presenta un análisis detalladosobre el proceso empresarial de inversión en innovación.A través de los diversos enfoques teóricossobre la teoría de la empresa y los escenarios deinnovación en las empresas, se procura comprenderlas implicaciones teóricas y la evidencia cuantitativaen torno al fenómeno de los determinantes dela inversión en innovación para el sector serviciosen Bogotá. Los hechos estilizados y las estimacioneseconométricas sobre regresiones cuantílicasdisenadas para las PYMES y grandes empresasbogotanas permiten concluir que variables como eltipo de propiedad de las empresas y el capital deconocimiento resultan ser significativas, aunquesus efectos varían de acuerdo con el tamano de lasempresas.
