Investitionsneigung gewinnt an Fahrt – Leasing expandiert überdurchschnittlich

Abstract
Der auf den Geschäftslagebeurteilungen der Leasinggesellschaften basierende Investitionsindikator, den das ifo Institut und der Bundesverband Deutscher Leasing-Unternehmen gemeinsam ermitteln, signalisiert für das Jahr 2017 einen eher moderaten Anstieg der Ausrüstungsinvestitionen von nominal 2,3%, nach einem Plus von 2,5% im Vorjahr. In Anbetracht der noch immer recht guten Konjunktur in Deutschland und des anhaltend sehr niedrigen Zinsenniveaus ist die angezeigte Investitionsentwicklung für 2017 im historischen Vergleich wenig dynamisch. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass das Wirtschaftswachstum gegenwärtig vor allem vom privaten und staatlichen Konsum sowie dem Export getragen wird. Die Investitionsneigung der Unternehmen bleibt vorerst zurückhaltend, der Investitionsindikator zeigt für das kommende Jahr jedoch ein wesentlich höheres Wachstumstempo an. Bei der Beurteilung des Investitionsgeschehens ist auch zu berücksichtigen, dass die Wirtschaft neben den Anlageinvestitionen nach wie vor auch erheblich in die Gewinnung neuer Mitarbeiter und in die Qualifizierung des vorhandenen Personals investiert. Bei moderatem Wirtschaftswachstum steigt die Zahl der Beschäf­tigten in Deutschland scheinbar unaufhaltsam, und viele Stellen können gar nicht besetzt werden.
