Das energiepolitische Zieldreieck und die Energiewende

Abstract
Der Umbau des deutschen Energiesystems im Zuge der Energiewende wirkt sich in vielfältiger Weise auf die Ziele des energiepolitischen Zieldreiecks – Wirtschaftlichkeit, Umweltverträglichkeit und Versorgungssicherheit – aus. Diese Auswirkungen werden in der politischen und wissenschaftlichen Diskussion in der Regel nur punktuell aufgegriffen, eine systematische Darstellung der Ziele wie auch der Auswirkungen erfolgt jedoch selten. Der vorliegende Aufsatz gibt zunächst einen Überblick über die verschiedenen Ziele und betrachtet im Anschluss die Implikationen unterschiedlicher energiepolitischer Maßnahmen auf die Zielerreichung. Abgeschlossen wird der Beitrag durch einige grundsätzliche Überlegungen zum Design eines optimalen Energiesystems.
