Ausbildungserfordernisse und Arbeitskräftebedarf im österreichischen Beherbergungs- und Gaststättenwesen

Abstract
Das österreichische Beherbergungs- und Gaststättenwesen ist trotz relativ hoher Arbeitslosigkeit und spezifischer Regelungen für ausländische Saisonbeschäftigte in Wachstumsphasen immer wieder mit dem Problem der Arbeitskräfteknappheit konfrontiert, die sich in Krisenzeiten wieder abschwächt. Die Betriebe sind von den Problemen bei der Besetzung offener Stellen je nach Betriebswachstum, Betriebsgröße und Anteil der einzelnen Berufsgruppen an der Gesamtbeschäftigung unterschiedlich betroffen, und sie verfolgen sehr unterschiedliche Strategien zur Bewältigung der Personalknappheit.
