Abstract
Este documento presenta, desde la perspectiva internacional, las relaciones entre China y México con la intención de ubicar sus políticas de ubicación de plantas maquiladoras en el extranjero, especialmente en Yucatán Mexico. En el estudio de terreno, en cuatro empresas, se examina la relación Mujer, trabajo y familia en dos firmas que pertenecen a la provincia de China: una de Hong Kong y otra de Taiwán. Se analiza el impacto en sus condiciones y formas de trabajo, así como en los arreglos domésticos de dichas operadoras para incorporarse al mercado de trabajo. Se trata de descubrir si a partir de su inserción en estas factorías, ubicadas en zonas económicamente deprimidas del interior del estado, existen cambios sustanciales en sus roles al interior del hogar, a partir de sus nuevos estatus ocupacionales, su posición como jefas de hogar y el fortalecimiento de sus identidades. In a international perspective, the paper treats the relationship between Chine and Mexico to specify the installation policy of foreign maquiladoras corporations, particularly in Yucatan state. The field researches in four factories study the relationship women, labor and family in two firms that belong to Chinese nation, one to Hong Kong and one to Taiwan. Analyze the impact in their work forms and conditions, also the domestic solutions of workers to integrate in the work market. Its deals with determine if the insertion in these factories and new occupational status located in economically depressed areas inland state, exists fundamentals changes in their roles running home, their position as female heads of household and the strengthening of their identities.
