La construction de la confiance entre les acteurs du modele allemand de formation professionnelle initiale

Abstract
Regulierement critique en Allemagne par de nombreux sociologues (Lutz, 1991; Mayer, 1995), le systeme allemand de formation professionnelle dual est souvent considere a l'etranger comme un modele performant a imiter. Ce modele semble difficile a importer tel quel dans un autre contexte national (Maurice, 1993; Lynch, 1994) et ne semble pouvoir fonctionner qu'avec des relations de confiance particulieres entre les trois principaux acteurs du systeme dual: les apprentis (Auszubildende ou Azubie), les entreprises et l'Etat. Nous chercherons a montrer dans cet article que cette confiance entre les acteurs allemands de la formation professionnnelle est une confiance construite et nous chercherons a montrer comment, c'est-a-dire par quels mecanismes, cette confiance se construit.
