Abstract
Am 9. Dezember 1999 jährt sich zum zehnten Mal die Verabschiedung der „Gemeinschaftscharta der sozialen Grundrechte der Arbeitnehmer". Welches sind die wichtigsten Maßnahmen, die bislang auf der Basis der EU-Sozialcharta durchgeführt wurden? Wie sind sie zu beurteilen?
