Privatizáció és globalizáció avagy az Anti-equlibrium újrafelfedezése

Abstract
Az elmúlt évek során több szerző is kísérletet tett arra, hogy elméleti keretbe foglalva oksági kapcsolatot találjon a privatizáció sajátosan magyar módszerei és a gazdasági stabilizáció sikere között. A tények közismertek: a nagyvállalatok többségét külföldi befektetők szerezték meg, a gazdasági növekedés stabilitását az export dinamikája adja. A posztszocialista privatizáció elméleti irodalma 19891990 táján sokféle receptet ajánlott azt, ami Magyarországon történt senki sem javasolta. Tíz év távlatából úgy tűnik, hogy az oksági kapcsolat hiányzó láncszemét Kornai János 1971ben írott Anti-equilibrium című könyvében találhatjuk meg. Ha újra átgondoljuk a neoklasszikus vállalati modell Kornai-féle kritikáját, akkor nyomban világossá válik, hogy a privatizáció elméleti megközelítései a közelmúltban mindvégig elfeledkeztek a növekvő hozadék tényének jelentőségéről.
