A fenntartható gazdasági növekedés és a tudástőke
[Sustainable economic growth and knowledge capital]

Abstract
A tanulmány célja, hogy meghatározza a magyar gazdaságban lekötött tudástőke mennyiségét és eloszlását a különböző szektorok között és a vállalati szektoron belül, valamint ennek alapján javaslatokat fogalmazzon meg a gazdasági növekedés gyorsítására. A Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatal (NAV) társaságiadó-adatbázisának számviteli adataiból egy egyszerűsített modellel vállalatonként megbecsültük az egyes vállalatok értékét, majd abból a reziduális módszerrel kiszámítottuk tudástőkéjüket. Ezt aggregáltuk az upstream gyártási és downstream ágazatokra a hazai, a nemzetközi tulajdon és a méretnagyság szerint. Eredményeink szerint a tőkefelhalmozás legjelentősebb része a tudástőkéből ered. A tudástőke nagy része azonban a közepes jövedelmi csapda sajátosságaként a gyártási szektor nagyobb, elsősorban külföldi irányítású vállalataiban koncentrálódik, és nem fejlődik eléggé a downstream területeken. Ez jelentős növekedési hátrány, mivel a termelés hozzáadottérték-tartalma a gyártásban a legalacsonyabb. A növekedés gyorsítható, ha a termelés egy részét az upstream vagy a downstream ágazatokba csoportosítjuk át. Ez jelentős pótlólagos erőforrást, főleg tudástőke-felhalmozást igényel, ami jelentősebb állami szerepvállalás nélkül nem lehetséges.
