Michael Vaillancourt Aris (27 Maret 1946 – 27 Maret 1999[1]) adalah penulis asal Inggris yang banyak menulis tentang kebudayaan Bhutan, Tibet dan Himalayan dan banyak menulis mengenai Buddhisme di wilayah ini. Ia adalah suami dari pemimpin Oposisi Myanmar, Aung San Suu Kyi.
