Nahum 1:4
HEB: גּוֹעֵ֤ר בַּיָּם֙ וַֽיַּבְּשֵׁ֔הוּ וְכָל־ הַנְּהָר֖וֹת
NAS: the sea and makes it dry; He dries
KJV: and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers:
