Many video games have hidden rooms in their code, called Debug Rooms. These are effectively in-game areas or modes that are inaccessible during normal gameplay, created by developers to test game elements and ensure that the game works properly. Camelot Software Planning created such areas during their development of both Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age, and various codes used with hacking devices can be used to allow players to investigate these rooms for themselves.
