UOS support solved the following two problems of the naive Web API:
1. WeChat Accounts that registered after 2017 might be unable to log in to Web Wechat, so they can not use PuppetPuppeteer with Wechaty. Please make sure your WeChat Account can be able to login by visiting https://wx.qq.com
1. Web API has not been able to create rooms and invite members to rooms since 2018.
