The manage package window is showing all packages (including the setup packages when installing thonny) instead of showing only the packages installed in virtual environment.

I am running Thonny 4.1.1. with 32 bit python 3.8 on windows 11.

Thank you for the report. I found the reason. The fix will be in Thonny 4.1.2
