  URL of the binary, but since the binaries are hosted under the
  vscode-xml release tab, it should match the vscode-xml release

Add all the hashes to the generic vsix

This allows them to be downloaded by the generic vsix without a warning
appearing about them not being trusted.
This is important, since openvsx doesn't support platform specific
binaries yet.
