This fixes a bug where lines with less than 9 fields in /proc/stat would return an error. However, /proc/stat doesn't only contain CPU information. Therefore, the field validation should only be done for CPU related lines. Fixes canonical#12255 Signed-off-by: Thomas Hipp <thomas.hipp@canonical.com>
