拖动行BUG

Steps to Reproduce

1、表格中设置了Radio类型或者Checkbox类型
2、启用行序号和拖动配置
3、随便选中一些单选或者复选框，然后拖动行顺序，向上，向下 拖到第一行，从第一行拖动到中间任意行关注选中状态发现错乱了
4、getCellRadioState还方法无法获取到值
